List Monday - Best of the '70's
Well, I've been thinking about the best songs of this plaid decade and like the apparel, it is just too musically diverse. I broke it down by best of genres, as I delineate. are the Talking Heads considered punk? Not a huge fan but what about The Ramones? U2 began in 70's but I guess became popular in 80's-90's?
ReplyDeleteu2 Boy is from 1980. Talking heads were punk at the time, see Stop Making Sense. Ramones were important, though their songs were simplistic and kind of overrated.
