The lovely bride received a call at work from the school principal. Her first thoughts were of the children's well-being. Upon further reasoning, she feared that the older child's smart mouth had gotten him into some kind of trouble. So, it was understandable that she was freaked to find out that it was a "good" phone call. The boy and a couple of classmates had gone "above and beyond". They had taken what they had learned in math (ratios and such) and extrapolated the weather patterns to make their own forecast. His teacher and principal, as well as his taken aback parents, were very proud indeed of their mathematician/meteorologist son.
