Pre-Monday

A most spectacular day at dog beach - even if we did lose an hour!  Can't seem to place where I left that hour.  Stupid daylight savings time.  Should be abolished, but who has the time for that.  At least those crazy Arizonians won't think they're ahead of us anymore.

Typical day.  Started at Leucadia Donut Shoppe.  Cause that extra "pe" on the end of shoppe makes the donuts tastier.  The wife and I have dreams of retiring to this shoppe.  Not actually living in it, but it would seem to be a pretty mellow life to live down near the beach.  Sure, you gotta get up early and sling a lot of donuts, but man it's tasty.

It was like 80 today (time to take the flannel sheets off! Could hammock season be near?), so the dogs were out en force.  Cubby made a friend who helped him play tug-a-war and keep away with his kong.  Sugar was patrolling the tiny pups who were being held by their owners above the fray.

Couldn't decide between a crab roll lunch or a burrito lunch.  So we had both.  Relax, I ate the crab and Steph had the burrito.
